If printing hasn't started, we can cancel and refund. Once the book is in production, we can't cancel. That's why the preview matters, before you confirm.

Yes. Payments go through Stripe, a certified, encrypted platform. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, fully. Your chats go through automated systems to build the book. No one reads them. We don't sell them or use them for anything else.

No. Your book is never published online or indexed. Only the people you send the PDF or the printed copy to can see it.
